Terms and conditions

Working version — October 2026

1. Who we are

Nomad360 rents snowmobiles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft and trailers, sells guided and self-guided outings (Nomad360 Experience) and serves businesses (Nomad360 Commercial), from its branches in Sept-Îles, Anticosti and Gaspé.

Nomad360 is operated by Nomad360 inc., 1230 Laure, Sept-Îles (QC) G4S 1C5 (GST 714752961 RT 0001, QST 1232782567 TQ 0001).

2. Booking and payment

The price shown before you pay includes taxes (GST 5%, QST 9.975%) and a booking fee of 3%.

A booking is confirmed only once paid online. While you pay, the vehicle, seats or lodging are held for 30 minutes, then released.

Your confirmation arrives by email. No account is needed: your booking is reached through the secure link we send you.

3. Fares and cancellation

Rentals come in three fares. The vehicle is the same; what changes is your freedom to cancel:

  • SaverNon-cancellableSaver fare: no cancellation or change. The amount paid is retained in full if the booking is not honoured.
  • FlexRefundable — up to 48 h before departureFlexible fare: free cancellation up to 48 h before departure, refunded or credited at the customer's choice. After that, the amount paid is retained.
  • Fully flexibleRefundable — up to 24 h before departureUltra flexible fare: free cancellation up to 24 h before departure, refunded or credited at the customer's choice.

Guided and self-guided outings:

  • SaverNon-cancellable
  • FlexRefundable — up to 72 h before departure
  • Fully flexibleRefundable — up to 24 h before departure

When a cancellation is refundable, you choose at that moment between a refund to your card and a credit for a later booking. Whether the booking fee is refunded: [to be decided].

4. Security deposit

A security deposit of $2,500.00 is authorized on your card 24 h before a vehicle leaves — authorized, not charged — renewed while a long rental is under way, and released at the return when there is no damage.

Damage, a missing part or an extra cleaning found at the return inspection is charged at its actual cost, with the inspection report. [Cap and procedure to be confirmed.]

5. Driver and licence

The licence required by the vehicle must be valid on the day of departure. You declare it online or show it on arrival.

Only the declared driver may drive. Minimum age: [to be specified]. Driving under the influence of alcohol, cannabis or drugs is prohibited and ends the rental without a refund.

6. Using the vehicle

  • On authorized trails, roads and waters only, in accordance with the Act respecting off-highway vehicles and the rules of the trails used.
  • Trail access passes: [included or at the customer's expense — to be specified].
  • No sub-renting, racing or towing beyond what the vehicle is made for.
  • Return at the agreed time and place, with the fuel level noted at departure. A late return: [terms to be specified].

7. Waiver and safety

Every driver and passenger signs a release before leaving — ahead of time through the link in the confirmation email, or on site.

The mandatory safety equipment (helmet; life jacket on the water) is included and must be worn. The instructions of our staff and guides must be followed.

8. Guided outings

Our guided outings are led by AEQ-accredited guides. For your safety, a guide may change the route, shorten or cancel an outing (weather, trail or water conditions). If Nomad360 cancels, you choose between a full refund and a credit.

9. Damage, loss and theft

The renter is responsible for the vehicle and equipment from departure to return. Their condition is noted at departure and at the return inspection.

10. Liability

Nomad360 is liable as the law provides. Nothing in these Conditions limits the rights a consumer holds under the Consumer Protection Act (Québec).

11. Personal information

How we collect, use and protect your information is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law and contact

These Conditions are governed by the laws of Québec. A question, a complaint: write to us from the Contact page or call your branch.
